Does anybody have any good sweet potato fries dipping sauce recipes?

My particular favorite is a jar of chunky blue cheese dressing.Does anybody have any good sweet potato fries dipping sauce recipes?
Sour Cream Dipping Sauce:





戮 cup sour cream


2 teaspoons fresh lime juice


1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley


录 teaspoon minced garlic


录 teaspoon ground cumin


录 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon lime zest





Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to mix through.





Yield: 戮 cup











Spicy Sour Cream Dipping Sauce:





戮 cup sour cream


1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo, minced


2 teaspoons fresh lime juice


1 teaspoon cilantro or parsley


录 teaspoon minced garlic


录 teaspoon cumin


录 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon lime zest





Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to mix through.

I have to admit that my experience with sweet potato fries is limited, but the following are some ideas I'd like to try with them:





1. A little Jalapeno jelly mixed with sour cream and cream cheese and orange zest.


2. Sour cream and brown sugar mixed with chopped smoked almonds


3. Homemade ketchup


4. A mixture of dried Knorr Vege Soup mix, cream cheese, sour cream and crumbled bacon.
