Would like a good recipe for sweet potato souflee?

SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE





3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, cooked


1 c. sugar


1/2 tsp. salt


2 eggs


1 stick butter


1/2 c. sweet milk


1 tsp. vanilla





Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Cover with the following topping.





TOPPING:





1/2 c. brown sugar


1/3 c. self-rising flour


1 c. chopped nuts


1/3 stick butter





Mix ingredients together and put on top of souffle. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.Would like a good recipe for sweet potato souflee?
This is not a souflee however everytime I make it Everyone loves it..





Sweet Potatoe Casserole





3 pounds of sweet potatoes peeled and cooked.


3 eggs


1/2 cup milk


1 stick of margarine


1/2 tsp vanilla





Topping:


1 cup of light brown sugar


1/3 cup of flour


1/3 cup melted butter


1 cup of chopped pecans





boil or bake pototes, Peel potatoes after baking if you bake them! I find that they are a brighter color if you bake them. Whip with milk, add eggs, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Mix. Pour into a buttered casserole.





Mix together topping ingredients. Spoon on top of potatoes.





Bake 35 minutes or until center is set at 350 degrees.








Do not substitute margarine for butter for the topping.Would like a good recipe for sweet potato souflee?
4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked, mashed


1/4 cup butter, softened


1/2 cup sugar


3 eggs, beaten


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped


PREPARATION:


In large mixing bowl, beat together hot mashed sweet potatoes, butter, sugar, eggs, and salt until fluffy. Turn into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with pecans or walnuts. Bake at 350掳 for 45 minutes.
